Netball NSW Schools Cup

On Wednesday March 21, ten year 7 and 8 students competed in the Netball NSW Schools Cup in Kempsey. The team performed well and just missed out on making it through to the 2nd round, placing 3rd overall. They competed against Melville High School and numerous St Pauls teams in their division and demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship and team work.

Team members included Sally Goodchild, Jessica Donovan, Jessica Lynch, Lewina Donovan, Hayley Andrews, Bridie Supple, Naokii Frail, Mariya Cutmore, Emma Kerr and Claire Haywood.

Lewina Donovan received Most Valuable Player for her impressive performance as GA, GS and WD.

Thank you must also go to Kaitlin Hutley for umpiring, Mrs Parker who was the girls team manager and Georgie Murphy for her assistance on the day.
