Support for Learning available for Staff and Students
The changing teaching and learning landscape has provided an opportunity to think about how to meet the needs of our students in different ways.
We are aware that not all students have access to internet at home so offer a mixture of ideas. These are a starting point and will change and be updated as required.
Access to our Kempsey High School Library catalogue and e-resources such as Clickview is available from any computer with internet connection. Students log in via the student portal and select the Library link. Once in the Oliver Library System navigate to
i. The Search other sources tab, clear all and then select Clickview. Enter your search term. If there are videos matching your searchyou can launch them from there. User name and password = DoE portal login details
ii. The Search other sources tab and select Other providers
Join the Kempsey Shire Library online.
Once you have a membership card number you have access to all the Kempsey Shire Library audio-books and e-resources as well as State Library e-resources including e-books, audio-books, newspapers, magazines and information databases.
NB Kempsey Shire Library is closed but staff can be contacted by phone for support on 65663210.

Access to books and other resources
Physical resources are still available. When resources are returned they are cleaned and placed in "quarantine" for a period of time before going back into circulation.
