"Kadee Standing Alone"
Liz Keen from the ABC and Kelly Stoner, Project Officer for Genwire ArtSpace, Arts Mid North Coast, have just completed a short film with Year 10 Kempsey High students Ashley Clark, Briana Stackman and Kadee Ward. Over four workshops the girls were expertly led through the process of film making from the planning and storyboarding through to filming and editing. The end product is a short film called "Kadee Standing Alone" about Kadee Ward's love of music.
The film can also be viewed on ABC Open website: Day in the Life and on Genwire's Artspace under Contributions. KHS was joined by Mr Otto and three students from the Kempsey Adventist School and all are very grateful to Kelly, Liz and Wiriya Sati (ABC Open Producer, Mid North Coast) for the opportunity to be involved in this wonderful program to learn many new skills and have fun doing it.
